Level Up Your Stoke
At Stoke Squad, we acknowledge hard work and dedication. Every season, we host a Prestige Ceremony to honor the athletes who went above and beyond. This is our way of celebrating those who lead with heart, show up for their teammates, and push their limits with stoke and purpose.
The Stoke Squad Prestige Program is our way of recognizing athletes who go above and beyond—on the slopes and in the community. It’s like unlocking a new level in a video game: more challenge, more leadership, and major rewards.
How to Earn Prestige
To reach Prestige status, athletes must go above and beyond in three key areas:
1. Competition Impact
- Place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in at least two different disciplines
(Park & Pipe, Big Mountain, Ski Cross, etc.)
OR - Show true sportsmanship and growth in a competition setting
(determined by coach nomination)
2. Community Contribution
- Help a teammate land a new trick
OR - Lead a team warm-up, activity, or community event
(Examples: group stretch, team hike, birthday shoutout, or gear check)
3. Personal Growth
- Learn a new skill, trick, or movement that challenged you
(on snow, in the skatepark, or in leadership)
OR - Overcome a mental challenge like fear, frustration, or performance nerves
(Coach or parent recognition counts here too)
What You Get
Prestige athletes earn:
- A custom Prestige Team Uniform (exclusive color + logos)
- Full kit: jacket, pants, mittens, socks, and hat
- Recognition at our annual Prestige Ceremony
- Features in our calendar, social media, and team events
- Leadership opportunities within the team
