What’s Included

  • Winter Training (Dec–April)
    17–30 training days, averaging 1–2 sessions per week, with weekends and select weekday availability. Athletes can build their schedule and travel to their desired competitions, whether in-state or beyond.

    Up to 7 competitions, fully supported by Stoke Squad coaches.
