Crew: Part-Time Ski & Snowboard Program

Fun-Focused | Confidence-Building | Competition-Preparation
The Stoke Squad Crew Program is perfect for athletes ages 7–12 who are ready to level up from ski school and step into their first taste of competition. With a fun, structured schedule and a short commitment, it’s a great way to see what Stoke Squad is all about.
Crew runs for 12 weeks, starting in January and wrapping up after USASA Nationals. Athletes train for 17 days and compete in 2–3 events, totaling 20 high-impact days on snow—all packed with support, stoke, and progression.
Choose Your Days. Choose Your Discipline.
Athletes pick their training days through our rotating calendar.
Most Crew training happens on weekends, with some Friday availability depending on location and team needs.
Focus areas are tailored to the season and your child’s interest—choose from:
Park & Pipe, Big Mountain, or Ski Cross.
Every Crew athlete gets the chance to specialize and grow in the discipline they’re most excited about—with expert coaches helping every step of the way.
