Get excited—our winter schedule is coming together!
This early preview gives you a reliable look at the weekly training rhythm and competition timing for each Stoke Squad program. While exact dates and resort details may shift as the season approaches, this schedule helps families begin planning ahead with confidence.
Winter Training Week Overview
This calendar represents a typical week of availability for each Stoke Squad winter program. If you see your program listed, that’s your training window—choose your days and sign up! Locations are still being finalized. We are anticipating a home base at Copper Mountain Resort, Colorado, with additional training at Eldora Resort or other various resorts. Our Utah Squad is expected to train at Woodward Park City and Park City Resort.
This is a preview of what your weekly rhythm might look like. A detailed competition schedule will be released soon. Athletes who apply and are accepted to the team will receive full schedule access first.
Customize Your Stoke Squad Season
The three disciplines we coach are Park & Pipe, Big Mountain, and Ski Cross.
Athletes can choose which days they’d like to train in each discipline. When you join the team, we ask for a general schedule—but it can flex as interests shift or comp prep begins.
You’ll pick from a few training formats:
• A half day focusing on one discipline
• A full day focused in one area
• A full day split across multiple disciplines
As part of our flexible model, families can turn any full day into a half day—counted as 0.5 day toward your seasonal total.
How to Build Your Training Schedule
Step 1: After acceptance, talk with your family about which days are best to train
Step 2: Cross-check your school calendar and decide if you’d like half days, full days, or weekday flexibility
Stoke Squad offers winter training seven days a week available on-snow training opportunities for our athletes. The calendar shows when each program is in session. But we know life isn’t one-size-fits-all—reach out anytime if your athlete needs adjustments.
While most training is done within your specific program, athletes of similar age and discipline focus may occasionally train together.
Once you’re accepted, you’ll get a custom scheduling form along with your team paperwork to lock in the days that work best for your winter.
Year-Round Training Opportunities
From November to April, we offer weekly team training as part of our winter program. In addition to winter, all Stoke Squad athletes also have access to summer and fall training days—these are included in your program and feature full-day sessions with lunch provided.
Off-season training days are thoughtfully designed to support strength, balance, and skill development. A typical day might include a 9:30 AM start with strength and conditioning (like biking, swimming, or bodyweight training), followed by a lunch break and an afternoon session of trampoline or air awareness training at top-tier facilities like Woodward or SnowBahn.
